The steel reinforced piers, drilled into bedrock, range in size from 16” all the way up to 36” in diameter, some extending nearly fifty feet into the earth. Decks and Patios – the outdoor patios have 24” x 24” porcelain pavers set upon pedestals with a polished river rock border. The pedestal system allows for easier maintenance and flexibility.
Roof and Deck Gardens – the house has gardens on the roof and deck areas, planted with vibrant, drought tolerant flowering plants and succulents. An automatic irrigation system is installed for ease of watering.
Solar Power Generation – A 6.15 kW solar and 27 kWh battery backup system has been installed, for limited electrical backup of the house (limitations depending on actual load) . The system includes fifteen Solar4America 410 Watt solar panels with Enphase IQ8 Micro inverters with full racking system and disconnects.
EV Charger – an electric vehicle charger has been installed in the garage.
Garage and Driveway Coating – A concrete floor polyurea chip coating is planned for the garage slab and driveway. This coating is designed to withstand changing weather conditions and heavy use, providing long-lasting durability.

Recessed Hose Bibs – Recessed hose bibs are strategically located throughout the exterior of the home for pet washing, plant watering, window washing and various other uses.
Glass Railings – Glass railings have been installed on the decks to provide for wind breaks while maintaining unobstructed views.
Fire Pits – Natural gas connections have been installed at both outdoor decks to allow for firepit connections and other gas appliance installations.
Outdoor Kitchen and BBQ – A luxury outdoor kitchen with Heston Grill and and storage cabinets has been installed on the main level deck, just outside of the kitchen, for outdoor food preparation and dining.
